Advertisements for a company have pros and cons, especially sharing their product throughout different social media platforms. As social media is evolving new apps are being created and advertisements continue to grow. There are steps before posting advertisements because they have to focus on the age range to send eye-grabbing Ads. Since Instagram and Facebook have been around for so long these are the most popular Advertisement apps since they were created. Decades ago resumes were as simple as bringing in a piece of paper that could determine the rest of your career. LinkedIn is now the new "Job Interview" companies look at.
