Week 11 The challenges behind job-hunting
Finding and applying for a job may be the hardest part of being an adult. It so many feelings in one when turning in a resume. From rejection letters to awkward interviews, finding the idealize work is upsetting, to say the slightest. It can be overpowering, to the point where your work-chasing process feels totally miserable. Lots of companies will have thousands of job applications but they look for the one thing a resume and if they don't see it you are left in the air to keep searching.
There are pros and cons to job hunting especially starting at square one. This may be true off the bat when you're trying to find your first job or if you're changing careers. Several resources and websites can help assist you and direct you in the right way especially based on your resume and experience. This is the great thing about the internet but when you are stuck in a hole there are other opportunities to find your passion in a job.
It is super important to know that everyone is different and that is what makes us who we are. Everyone has the opportunity as other to compete to show their skill and experience. Rejection is common but the greatest thing from rejection is to fix what needs improvement.
