 About me 

Hello everyone welcome to my blog! My name is Skylar Pineda I am a senior at Benedictine University, majoring in Communication and minoring in Marketing. Within my four years at Benedictine, I am currently a part of the Softball team. As well as an OL (orientation leader). I have some experience with social media as I run the Benedictine softball social media accounts. I am super excited to be a part of this class and learn more about social media marketing the roots of everything!

  Over the last few decades, social media has made huge growth throughout society. As many may not know the growth of social media has hurt others' mental health, social skills, and physical and mental appearance. Week 15 Snapchat Ads starting to evolve

 Snapchat is a very popular American mixed media instant informing app and benefit created by Snap Inc., initially Snapchat Inc. One of the central highlights of Snapchat is that picots and messages are more often than not as it were available for a brief time some time recently they ended up inaccessible to their recipients. Ads are not as commonly shown on Snapchat then they would on YouTube or Instagram.  Snapchat actually allows audiences to create their own Ads to be shared worldwide or even with their friends on Snapchat. Finding and applying for a job may be the hardest part of being an adult. It so many feelings in one when turning in a resume. From rejection letters to awkward interviews, finding the idealize work is upsetting, to say the slightest. It can be overpowering, to the point where your work-chasing process feels totally miserable. Lots of companies will have thousands of job applications but they look for the one thing a resume and if they don't see it you are left in the air to keep searching. There are pros and cons to job hunting especially starting at square one. This may be true off the bat when you're trying to find your first job or if you're changing careers. Several resources and websites can help assist you and direct you in the right way especially based on your resume and experience.
